Bracelet orders can take 2-5 days to be shipped AFTER label is printed. During this time, we're putting together numerous handmade orders. This is a small shop run by two people, and we put a lot of time and care into the things we sell.

Orders are mailed via USPS in a bubble-lined envelope.

If this is a gift for someone else, you can request something special in your note during checkout.



*REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations only during the first 24 hours of purchase, after that your order cannot be canceled - it can, however, be altered at your request.

We absolutely do NOT refund once the item is shipped.

We will also not be held liable for item loss if the item doesn't arrive. If this is the case, however, we can refund half of the earring cost (shipping not included).

If the package says (in ANY WAY) that it was delivered to its destination, there will be no refund of any kind.

If it returns back to us because it failed to be delivered, we offer two options. Either you can be refunded the earring cost (shipping not included), or purchase the 'label repurchase' listing in our shop.
